4.1. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We supply and deliver IT hardware and interactive panels across Kerala.
  • Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on stock availability and destination location. For professional installations (such as Maxhub/Avocor interactive setups), delivery and installation schedules will be coordinated directly with the customer.
  • Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping or handling charges will be clearly stated at the time of final quotation or online checkout.

4.2. Exchange and Warranty Policy

  • No Standard Exchanges: Because goods once sold cannot be returned, we do not accept exchanges for change of mind or accidental wrong orders.
  • Brand Warranty Support: All IT hardware, monitors, interactive panels, and audio-visual equipment sold by Dnix Systems come with warranties provided directly by their respective brands.
    • In the event of a technical defect, component failure, or performance issue, the customer must contact the respective brand’s authorized service center.
    • Dnix Systems will gladly assist you by providing the necessary tax invoice copies and directing you to the proper brand service channels to claim your warranty.
