3.1. Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch/Installation: Customers can request an order cancellation before the product is dispatched or the installation service is initiated. Please contact us immediately at 7306020119 for cancellation requests. Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility or service teams are deployed, the order cannot be canceled.

3.2. Refund Policy

Service Quality: For interactive panel installations and software setups, any issues must be flagged during the handover/testing phase.

Goods Once Sold Will Not Be Taken Back: Please review all product specifications, compatibility requirements, and system dimensions carefully before purchasing. Dnix Systems does not offer refunds or standard returns on items after successful delivery.
