1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered

The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

The product is unused, in original condition, with:

Original packaging

Invoice / proof of purchase

All accessories, manuals, and free items

❌ Returns are NOT accepted for:

Change of mind / no longer needed

Physical damage caused after delivery

Software issues, OS corruption, or virus problems

Products without original packaging or serial numbers

Clearance, discounted, or “as-is” products (unless defective)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless DOA (Dead on Arrival):

Software licenses, activation keys

Consumables (ink cartridges, toners, cables once used)

Accessories like keyboards, mouse, earphones after usage

Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
3. Dead on Arrival (DOA)
If a product is found dead on arrival, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Unboxing video (mandatory)

Photos of the product and packaging

Invoice copy
DOA products will be replaced or refunded after verification.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our support team will verify and approve the request

Approved returns must be shipped within 3 working days
⚠️ Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the fault is from our side.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refunds will be made to:

Original payment method (UPI / Bank / Card)

Bank transfer for COD orders

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Replacement Policy

Replacements are subject to stock availability

If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued

Replacement products will be shipped after quality verification
7. Warranty Claims

Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be claimed through the authorized service center

Dnix Systems may assist but is not responsible for warranty timelines

Physical or liquid damage is not covered under warranty
8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 working days
9. Fraud & Abuse
Dnix Systems reserves the right to reject returns or refunds if:

Multiple suspicious claims are made

Evidence of misuse or tampering is found

Returned item does not match the original product sent
